Margate Tower is my home. I'm running for the HOA Board to work constructively with homeowners, management and fellow Board members to build on Margate's strengths.

Why I'm Running

I'm a full-time Margate Tower resident and a longtime Myrtle Beach condominium owner. I've owned condominiums in Myrtle Beach since 1994 and at Kingston Resorts since 2004.

Over those years I've experienced ownership as a rental owner, second-home owner and now as a full-time resident. That gives me an appreciation for the different perspectives within our homeowner community.

I would be honored to have your support and your vote.

My approach

Work collaboratively with the Board, management and homeowners — while listening, communicating clearly, maintaining strong financial oversight and measuring results.

The goal is not to replace the good work already underway. It is to help build on it.
